Cancellation and Refund Policy
At Ayur Myntra, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your natural wellness products. Our cancellation and refund guidelines are designed to be fair, transparent, and mindful of the consumable nature of our products.
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our fulfillment center (typically within 24 hours of placing the order). To request a cancellation, please email us immediately with your Order ID. We will process a full refund.
- After Dispatch: Once an order has been handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be canceled. However, you may refuse delivery, and once the package is returned to us, we will process a refund minus any shipping charges.
Return Eligibility
Due to health, safety, and hygiene standards associated with Ayurvedic and consumable wellness products, we have a strict return policy:
- Eligible for Return: We only accept returns if you receive a damaged product, a defective seal, or an incorrect item.
- Reporting Timeframe: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item, along with the shipping box and your Order ID, in your email to our support team.
- Non-Returnable Items: We cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Refund Process
- Inspection: Once your return request is approved and the returned item is received at our facility, our team will inspect it to verify the damage or defect.
- Processing Time: Approved refunds will be initiated immediately. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the credited amount to reflect in your original method of payment (Credit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Account).
- Late Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund within the expected timeframe, please check with your bank or credit card company first, as processing times can vary.
